WHAT IS GUA SHA?

Gua Sha is the name of a very old, natural practice that primarily involves scraping your skin with a massage tool, that is, a Gua Sha ( it is the tool as well as the practice ) According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, “chi” or “qi” is the energy that flows within our body. The movement of this energy should be proper and free to ensure good health and well being. When obstructed, it can result in pain and tension between the joints and muscles.
